Highlight requires children, severity (AttentionSeverity.S3 | S4 | S5) and label (LocalizedMessage). It accepts active (default true), as (HighlightHost.Div | ListItem, default Div) and ref. It takes no colour, className, style, role or event handler, and has no prominent variant.
active paints the wash, the bar and the hidden label without remounting the subject, and an inactive highlight leaves layout unchanged.
